Walt,

You need to kept the tire diamater close the original or your speedo will be 
way off.  The original tires were 25.4" in diameter.  195/65 is a better 
choice at 25.0 to 25.2 depending on brand".  There are lots 195/65 choices 
available.  www.tirerack.com as a grat website with detail specs for each 
tire.

If you want the WIDE look 205/60 is closer at 24.7.
