While driving home from work today I sited a White Wedge car on a small
dealer`s lot. Being a Wedge Type Guy I stopped in to take a look. There sat
a 76 TR7 Victory Edition Coupe in darn near perfect original condition. One
owner from new - 33,000 miles - Starts and runs OK - A/C works - interior is
in good shape and it even has the White Spoke Recalled Wheels on it! Vinyl
top and special stripe kit included. There were only about 3500 of these cars
produced so I am seriously excited. What do you other Wedge Type Guys think?
Should I buy it? It would need a weekend of intensive cleaning and
detailing but it is in good enough shape that no expensive restoration would
be required. Asking price is $4900 but I think it would go for less. Who
else is going to buy it? All I know is that it deserves to go to someone who
will love it and give it some TLC. Anyone interested? My Wife is going to
Freak since I already have 9 Triumphs.
Give me some ammo to help convince her.
