hi all my name is chris brown and i was delighted to find a list for lovers triumph cars have just purchased a 76 dolomite sprint and have a problem with rear axle end float ie there is about 2-3 mm end float either side and no shims between brake backplate and tube axle housing to take this float up. the back end was supposed to be rebuilt about a year ago any ideas what could be wrong or how to eliminate this end float ? regards from oz chris /// /// triumphs@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
