| I 'm planning on having my original wire wheels refinished, sandblasted and resprayed, and have found that the front wheels are stuck on fairly well and I can't seem to loosen them up at all. Are there any simple (or even difficult) ways to loosen a frozen wheel that I'm overlooking? TIA, appreciate the help.
