Hi fellow listers,
I am starting to put my TR-6 back together and noticed that after removing
all the gaskets and spacers between the body and the frame. There are still
gaps in numerous places. It seems like the body does not rest on the frame
properly. Is this normal? Also, I remember taking my car apart and noticed
that when I removed the bolts holding the body to the frame. There was this
white goo. What is that stuff called and where would I be able to find some.
Can this stuff also be used as a gasket for the master brake cylinder and
the clutch cylinder? TRF told me that there is no gasket for those parts to
the firewall.
