I have a solid axel 4A and the only difference I am aware of is the large
"bridge piece" that would support the IRS pumpkin. The small cross member
is also missing the tow mounting studs. The springs mount to the same
location as the trailing arms in the front and to the round cross member in
the rear. I am not sure if the round tube extends beyond the frame on the
IRS cars.
