Exhaust Manifold color

I've seen and heard several ideas on a '76 TR6 exhaust manifold color.  Some
say white, some say gloss black, but most say silver.  Well, I'm now at the
point of finishing the exhaust manifold, and would like to get it as close
to original as possible.  I would like to get the paint, and am asking for
the list member's thoughts.
