I'm giving you all first shot at my Herald cars and parts collection. I
have a '65 convertible that is nearly rust free. The frame is perfect and
the body only has one small spot of rust ahead of the right rear wheel. It
doesn't have an engine / trans in it right now.
I also have a '63 Belgian CKD car (very unusual). It is rusty, but
complete. It does run, although it isn't roadworthy. It has nice seats,
dashboard, and dash pad. It also has new tires on it.
I have several hundred $$$ worth of new parts from Rimmer Bros, also 2 sets
of NOS tail light lenses, and one set of NOS tail lamp assemblys.
If you want an easy Herald project for the winter, this is it. I also have
a spit 1500 engine, an extra rust-free Herald bonnet, doors, trunklid, dash,
etc. I'd like to sell it in one group. If you're interested, please email
me off-list. I would be interested in trades of a GT6, or possibly a Stag
project.
