Paint TR Frame with what ?

This winter I'm going to get my TR3 Frame dry stripped and need some advice
on what to paint it ?

Should I shoot on a coat of Epoxy Primer first ? Is there any advantage to
this ?

What product should I use to paint it ? (Remember, we in Canada don't have
the same products you have in the States)

Can this product be sprayed or brushed ?

Also

What should I use to paint the front suspension parts ?
All black I assume ?
