I beg to differ, Randall.  The vacuum retard module, when hooked up
properly, only functions when the throttle is fully closed (at idle).  Any
time the throttle is opened more than just a crack the vacuum goes away and
the retard is out of the picture.

However, since this is an SCCA car (and if emissions are not an issue) and
since there is most likely no port on the Weber that provides vacuum only
at closed throttle I sould leave this module disconnected.
