Andy Mace replied that he's had:

"NEVER a problem with a Herald, arguably the easiest Triumph top to
erect: pull up, two latches, drive away. :-) "

I'm looking forward to seeing this in action at VTR 2001. I assume that
in the "hood putting up contest" there would be different classes, so I
wouldn't have to compete against you, Andy. <g> I probably should
consider a backordered TR4-to-Herald hood conversion kit from TRF.

This morning, I used the "ball cap" softtop in light rain. Then I passed
a Miata with the top down -- remarkable enough -- but in the rain?
First time it's happened, I'd guess. <g>
