The faceplate attaches via a stud that is embedded in the plastic. It is fastened with a 3/8" nut, a plain washer, and a lockwasher. There are also two plastic locating lugs to keep the faceplate from rotating. http://www.speakeasy.org/~mgendron/graphics/triumph/ashtray_front.jpg http://www.speakeasy.org/~mgendron/graphics/triumph/ashtray_rear.jpg -----Original Message----- From: Dave Willner Do you know if these have the screw imbedded in the plate, or are they the "exopy" in place type arrangement?
