Contradiction in terms here, I think.

BTW, you wimps complaining about the rain want to try living in the
Pacific North-West.  I've got used to it after 20 years (although as a
Brit I had a head start) and a long dry spell of a couple of weeks
brings a sort of hankering for rain.
