Anti-seize (at least the kind I use) uses an oil-based carrier, so it's very
important that it not get into the brake fluid. (Petroleum products will
damage the seals and hoses.) However, a small amount on the threads of the
bleed screws and flare nuts should not be a problem, if you are careful to keep
it away from any surfaces in contact with the working fluid.
Dot-5 seems to work pretty good, too, although I haven't tried any long term
tests ...
