It sounds like it was worth missing you for the last couple of month.

One question/suggestion:
Can you generate a PDF file version that you are willing to send (of cause
for money). We would save fright costs as well as paper. Maybe you like to
sell it via your web site or find someone who is able to 'e-commerce' the
book in PDF format?
