I have a 2500 PI system that is in the process of being installed in a TR6.
On the 2500 the air cleaner is mounted directly to the manifold, while on
the TR6 it is mounted next to the radiator and a hose connects it to the
manifold. My guess that there is that the inner fender wall prevents the air
cleaner from being mounted directly on the manifold. Could anyone confirm my
assumptions.
Also if the air cleaner MUST be mounted remotely I need someone to describe
the mounting hardware so I can build it. TRF is currently out of stock, Moss
never carries PI parts and Rimmer doesn't list it.
