Timing Cover Oil Seal - 1960 TR3B

I have a 1960 TR3B and believe that my oil
leaking problem is from a bad timing
cover oil seal...

Could someone advise me as to what is involved
in replacing this seal... I have looked at
my manual but it is unclear as to what exactly
has to be done to replace this seal...

Any guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated..
