I have a 79 Spitfire. I recently bought a stainless steel exhaust (Falcon)
from the Moss Motors Sale Flyer. It looks really good and I expect it will
be considerably quieter than the rusty Monza exhaust that is on there now.

But now the problem. The exhaust is fastened to the catalytic converter
by three bolts and a triangular flange. Problem is on the Monza the flange
is part of the tailpipe. The Falcon only has a flared end and apparently
expects the flange to be a separate part. I have looked in all my catalogs
and while some of them show this flange as a separate part in the drawings,
only TRF actaully has a part number listed for it. And they don't list
that part number in their price list. Does anyone know where I might find
this part?? Is it likely to be a common enough car part that I could find
it in a local parts dealer?? (I did buy the metal "gasket" that fits inside
this flange in a local parts place.)

Any help greatly appreciated.
