looking for torque wrench

Hello the camp!

Does anyone know where I can find a torque wrench with a range that maxes out
at ohmaybe 20-40 lbs-ft?  There's one made by Stahlwille, but that one goes
for almost $200-- hell, do I look *that* rich?!?
