TR4 Finally a spark

I was trouble shooting the last four days, and finally found that when I
had done the rebuild on the distributor that I had misassembled one of
the insulator washers on the little tower. After I correct reassembly I
tested for spart.  Oh my God.  When you do have spark, it is very very
clear.  Ask me how I know.
