Clarification

Dear folks on the list,

    My apologies if I offended anyone with my all caps typing style.  I have 
to go on record here as being a person who doesn't shout at people (total 
strangers on the net or my best friend) whether I'm talking to them 
face-to-face or via e-mail.  Therefore, all caps = shouting seems, well, 
goofy.  But I'm easy -- LOOK I'M DOING BETTER ALREADY!  Anyway, those who 
answered me in spite of the protocol breach, thank you.  I bet you don't 
shout at people either!
