I'm in the process of cleaning, buffing and painting the bits under the
bonnet in the course of my restoration. I am now working on the horns, but I
want to make sure they work before I go to the trouble. The battery is out of
the car, and most wires disconnected. How can I test the horns? ISTR getting
sound out of at least one of them before I started the resto, but I can't
remember which. I'm afraid to just connect them to a 12-volt battery, so I
thought I'd ask the list for help. Thanks in advance.
