Not necessarily !   The TR4 and 4A have about a 4" wider track (distance
between the wheels) than the TR2/3/3A/B.  The narrow track tends to be a
problem with anything that has separate runners for the wheels on each side
(as the auto dollies, and some auto trailers, do).
