Flush n' Fill ...on a GT6 ???

Can I use a Prestone Flush n' Fill kit on my GT6+? It says to install it
between the engine and the heater inlet in the heater hose. It just seems to
me that it's such a short hose....so close to the heater core...would the
pressure from a garden hose hurt my heater core?

Also, which hose is the inlet, the one on the driver's side or the one on
the passenger's side?
