UK Plate Follow-up

I called "CCNow" the outfit that actually made the charge, they
said they can issue a credit immediately if that is what I wanted.  Also
told me the license plate place appears to have been "inactive" for some
time.

Sad really...I just wanted my plates...Jon Mac seems to be the right
alternative.  Thanks to all for the input.
