chrome screws and overdrive plaque

Afew weeks back, someone suggested a supplier for chrome screws. Could I get 
that company name again.

On the back of my TR6 an OVERDRIVE plaque hangs below the TRIUMPH plaque. 
Does anyone know if the debossed area where the word "overdrive" is should be 
filled in with black paint or does it just stay chromed?
