Yes, it's certainly possible. Lots of companies made or at least PACKAGED
bits for the British Delco distributors. At one point in the late 1970s,
one of the best suppliers of quality distributor parts for Delco was
Bosch! (Really nice, QUALITY, ventilated point sets, etc.)
