Cameron, Thanks for the advice, which I read on digest. My car, a '74 US model with an early PI head and triple SU's (almost certaintly) is heading for the completion of its resto. However, I believe it still has the US-spec. diff. and I note you strongly advise a change. Why is this so important? If I lose top-end speed, don't I gain acceleration?--or does the car just get too short-legged? Please let me know. Adam Turner '74 TR6 |
