TR4 Convertible Top Question Answered, Thanks

I got several replies that indicated that the cap on top of the windscreen 
should have been secured by rivets along its length. The tops of the rivets 
were all in place, but they did not extend through into the top of the 
windscreen. It appears that the cap had been cut loose at one time, and the 
rivets were never drilled out and replaced.
