        No, I was certainly wrong to post a remark with such a 
"you're wrong" connotation. I apologize to anyone who might have
been offended. I was in a hurry and tacked the remark on as a 
postscript, and it was thoughtless.

        What I might have said is that I think the TR4 track and
body tub were widened for both handling and passenger comfort,
 and that direct comparisons between TR3 and TR4 legroom might 
be difficult because of the change.
