Paul

You really have some nerve asking a Triumph question on the SHIPPING AND
HANDLING LIST.

Oh, by the way, unhook the hoses that go to the heater core put the tee between
them, hook the garden hose to the tee, take off your lower radiator hose and
flush away. DON'T flush with your heater core in the loop or you won't have
heat any more as the core will fill up with gunk. You want to back flush the
heater core so put the garden hose on the OUTLET hose of the heater core and
flush it in reverse of how it flows normally.

And pick up the kit in person because Pep Boys are notorious for gouging people
with their S&H charges.

Bud

Wondered about an effective way of flushing the cooling system?

I saw a flush kit at Pep Boys which appears to require some changes in
hoses with adapters ... what are your recommendations

thanks
