Barry, have them on my TR4.  It is a plastic/rubber plug with a hole in the
center.  The outer edge snaps into the hole in the wheel and the tube valve
stem goes through the hole.  You'll need to shop around local tire stores.
Problem is that not many tires these days use tubes so not many shops carry
this "grommet." G'luck.  Cheers.
