I have the head removed on my engine. I think the rings are OK. Buy the way, it's a TR 6. Can I tell if the rings are in good or bad shape without replacing the head and running a compression check? What kind of results should I get on a compression check if I replace the heads and run it? I am thinking that I will put the head back on and do a compression check immediately and if the results are bad then it'll come right back off. |
