I don't know who you might have seen, but Gary Anderson of British Car
Magazine wrote of steering wheel restoration group called Koch's
Restorations, at 26943 Ruether Ave., Unit M, Canyon Country, CA 91351
phone #805-252-9264.
The review of Koch's was written in the Aug/Sept 1997 issue. The review
was very complimentary, minimum cost was $125.00, stating most can be
done for less than $200.00.
