I just had my speedo and tach rebuilt by Nisonger (914-381-1952) in
Mamaroneck, NY, at the advice of others on the list.  I think they did a
great job.  Took about 2 weeks, door to door.  It wasn't particularly cheap
(i.e., $110 each), but worth it (at least to me).
