GT6 under-sill finishers...

Hi there, 

These damn things have eluded me for too long !  Does anyone know
where I can get a pair of these things.  They are long bits of chrome
(similar to the kind that finish off around the back of the car), and
should fit (using clips) on the long bits of metal underneath the
sides of the car (just within view).  I've seen them fitted to several
GT6s and it looks really nice.  OK, they're not life threatening to my
car, but it would mean a lot to me if I could get them somewhere.  I
have already phoned arond loads of places in the UK, but to no avail. 
I've also tried second-hand scrap yards, but again - no joy.  

They are listed in the John Kippings list as 712985/6 - if anyone has
any info on alternatives, or what they've done I would be very
grateful of any useful nuggets of info.
