I hate to burst your bubble -
I've been a staff member at MIT for about 13 years and have been working at
the 'tute for over 21 years...
The '98 commencement address was done by none other than William Jefferson
Clinton and (I'm embarrased to say I don't recall the fellow's name) a
graduate of MIT that is a noted medical researcher.
While Kurt Vonnegut may agree that the items metioned are good advice, I
believe he never actually said those exact words and most certainly not to
MIT.
