This sums it up perfectly! Conifer and Brooklands greens were just two
interpretations of your classic "BRG". I'm sure I remember seeing many
other Leyland variations on the theme when I had MGs. Last year I built
a model of a Morgan 4/4 as a retirement present for my Father (he's
always promised himself a Morgan, though he's not really the open car
type). When I was looking for an aerosol paint close to BRG, the closest
I could find at Halfords (UK Motoring Accessory shop) was a Peugeot
colour called Conifer! So maybe "French Diesel Green" would be more
appropriate?
Cheers,
Bill.
