listers, I do not mean to clutter up the list but this is a real money
saver = household maintenance = pliers, screw driver, cresent wrench,
flash light, vacum cleaner, W-D 40 = remove the back from all appliances
and vac. all the condensers & motors, and air breathing areas, remove the
back of the washer & dryer, vac. all the same and lightly oil the motors,
replace the dryer belt, takes one very complete day, remember the main
thing that kills appliance motors is "Dirt" and no air getting to them,
the W/D 40 washes them out quite well, Sears gets 65.00 per hour, I only
get 1/2 that amount so I have 255.00 extra to spend on the T/R'S..
Preventive maintenance saves a lot of money and trouble, in the home &
the garage. Thanks.
