Looking for the "Classic & Sports Cars" magazine

I've received many responses to my question.  Thank you all for the 
information.  I will try Borders Bookstore (which is also near me) to try to 
get a copy.

For others who are interested in the answers:

1) The correct magazine title is:  "Classic & Sports Car"  (singular)
2) The issue in question is:  November, 1998
3) Apparently, the magazine can be found at Borders Bookstore and at the Walden 
Books magazine counter.
