Fred, from that engine number, I would guess the commission number might be
something like FK29xxL (maybe 28xxL or even 30xxL). That assumes the engine is
original to the car. If so, it's likely a 1971. The dark green likely is
Laurel Green (number 55). I don't know how different U.S. and Canadian market
cars were at that point, but I suspect they weren't too different. What
carburetion is on the motor? Dual SUs or single Stromberg?
