Michael,

Congratulations! You finally got your Triumph(s). It's a win-win
situation. You get to have lots of fun, skinned knuckles, grease under
your fingernails, and miscellaneous cuts and bruises. Moss and TRF get to
sell lots of parts. The British Car Community hopefully will have another
TR-3 added to the list of viable cars -- one less for the junkyard.
Everybody wins!

I hope to see your newly restored TR-3 next year at LBC events. Have a
great winter.

You don't have a British car? What do you do for aggravation?

Subject: FREE TR3s

I read a note from someone on the British Cars list just this evening
that said "...who hasn't made a fool of himself online?" Well, I feel
like it's my turn in the barrel now! Even though I initially thought
there was no way I could justify hauling two junk TR3s home, I decided I
just couldn't bring myself to pass up the deal. So, against my better
judgement (not to mention my wife's!), the owner and I have come to an
agreement where I will take his two TR3's in exchange for removing them
from his property.

So now, I'm scrambling to find room in my garage (or living room!) and
still leave space for my wife to park inside this winter - a DEFINITE
requirement. My apologies if anyone feels they got the short end of the
stick - it was certainly unintentional.
