It’s almost time for one of the best car shows in the Southeast, the 10th
Annual British Car Classic, to be held at the Kings Head Pub in St. Augustine,
Florida, on Saturday, September 19th.
The venue is the lawn behind the Kings Head Pub, an authentic British pub,
restaurant and bar, located just north of the St. Augustine airport on US 1
(Phillips Highway). Now in it’s tenth consecutive year, the British Car
Classic
usually attracts approximately 120 cars of all marques. Food and beverages
will be available on the grounds as well as inside the Pub itself.
The cost to enter your British car is only $20.00 for the first vehicle and
$15 for
additional vehicles owned by the same entrant. For those who submit
registrations postmarked prior to September 1, 1998, the charge is only $15.00
for the first car and $12.00 for additional cars. Each registrant will
receive a
free “British Car Classic Mark X” beer mug, and early registrants will receive
two free mugs.
