Spokewheels and Tires with white lining needed

Looking for spokewheels and tires with white "lining" for a 1965 TR4A.
Any suggestions regarding suppliers will be preciated.

The car will be restored during the comming winter, but is supposed to be 
driven until fall with a new set of wheels and tires. 

When did the list along the upper part of the body with the small lights in 
front first 
come on this model?  I have seen this model both with and without these lists
