| My '61 TR-03A started to backfire yesterday. I had just filled up with gas, turned the engine and KABOOM! But it started okay. I then drove a couple blocks home, turned the engine off but cranked it about 2 minutes later and it did it again (only not quite as loud). My questions are: 1) what causes this? 2) would the new tank of gas have anything to do with it? 3) what can I do about it? thanks for all your help, Keith Perry '61 TR-03A TS81247 |
