Just like the old model decals: get a cup of water,
put one of the decals into the water and let it
in for a few minutes. Take it out (make sure the
surface of the plastic is clean) and position the
decal over the plastic. Using four finger on under
side of decal and thumb on top, slide the decal onto
the plastice. You will have some time to "play" with
the decal to position properly and smooth out
any air bubbles. They will dry firmly affixed to
the plastic.
