I have recently replaced my heater valve for my 76 TR6. I have connected
the new one, but when it is in the fully closed position, it is very stiff
to open. At the time being, I have to open the hood and pull the valve
open while someone is pulling the knob from inside the car. Once the
valve is open, it can be controlled and closed by the knob on the inside.
However, I do not want to have to pull really hard on the dash knob to
open the valve. Has anyone else had a similar problem or does anyone have
a solution? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!
