YOu need to work out the total amps used buy the bulbs, which is, 54W/12 = 4.5 amp. So the flasher you need has to handel a 4.5 amp load, as to which one is sutable I don't know, but I would imagin there are lot's of alternaitves, get some, and use the one you think best.
