Having just spent way too much time trying to remove the oil filter the PO put on way too tight, I found out that K&N offers an oil filter with a "nut" spot welded on to the end of the filter. You can either put a wrench or socket on it or a 1/4 (?) drive into it. It looks like a great idea but am wondering if anyone has actually used their oil filter?
