Not to gloat TOO much, BUT.....the weatherman predicted warm and sunny from
Thursday thru Sunday here near Chicago. So......

Friday after work, straight to the garage, finish tearing down and cleaning
all charging system components before declaring my battery dead. 8:00 p.m. -
jump start that puppy and WOW!!!!! Back in business again. Take a few rides
with the top still up - all is well. Take down the top, go for more rides.
Watch the Bulls game, put the battery on a trickle charger.

Saturday, give the body a sponge bath - hook up the battery - car fires right
up. Spend all day Saturday going on driving errands - car runs strong as a
horse and looks great with last years new application of Velasquez Cream still
gleaming. Saturday night - mount up the used front anti-sway bar (thanks Irv
Korey) and go looking for curvy roads - boy does that little addition improve
handling in the front! Like the wheels are glued to the pavement on turns!!!

Sunday morning, open the spark plugs to .035 (per the list discussion on
making the most out of Lucas sports coil) and discover even more power and
guts - unreal!! Sunday a perfect day - no clouds, 75 degrees, everyone was out
in their convertibles. Saw lots of Z-3's, Le Barons, Mustangs, but nothing as
cool or as headturing than my `4 going through the gears.

LBC friends, it's springtime here in the midwest, and LIFE IS GOOD...
